• Professional Scope: Services are rendered based on the guidelines of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). Our advisory does not constitute a guarantee against departmental scrutiny.
• Governing Law: Any disputes arising from the engagement of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Raigarh, Chhattisgarh, India.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the professional and consultative nature of Chartered Accountancy services, our refund and cancellation policy is strictly defined:

1. Cancellation of Services

• A client may request the cancellation of services before the actual commencement of the professional work (e.g., before document processing or data entry begins).
• If cancellation is requested after work has commenced, the Firm reserves the right to bill the client for the professional hours already invested up to the point of cancellation.

2. Refund Policy

• No Refunds Post-Filing: Once a statutory return (Income Tax, GST, ROC, etc.) is filed, or an audit report is signed and issued, the service is deemed fully rendered. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances for completed filings.
• Consultation Fees: Fees paid for financial advisory, tax planning, or one-on-one consultations are strictly non-refundable.
• Eligible Refunds: In the rare event of excess payment or advance payment for a service that the Firm formally declines to execute, a full refund of the unutilized amount will be processed to the original bank account within 7-10 business days.
